One night I couldn't sleep and got to dance paint... This piece was made at 4am in "The Art Dungeon" (my Philly studio basement). Everything, background included, was made dancing bachata.
Bachata is, historically, a genre of heartbreak and sadness. It started in low-income, country areas of the Dominican Republic, where men sang to their loves or crushes.
31x31in dimension includes the white on the sides.
Shipping is included for continental US. It will be delivered in a tube, including the white canvas in the back, and you can have a framer stretch it for you. This is the most practical and cost-effective route. Ships within 7 calendar days.
